Gervase Honor System-Introduction

The Gervase Honor System expects students to uphold academic honesty and conduct themselves as a responsible member of the Georgetown Community.

Gervase Honor System-Standards of Conduct

The Standards of Conduct prohibit academic dishonesty,lack of academic integrity and actions that unfairly impinge upon the intellectual rights and privileges of others.

Student Status in Respect to the Honor System

The Gervase Honor System applies to all Georgetown University undergraduate, graduate and non-degree seeking students.

Gervase Honor System-Honor Council

The Honor Council acts as a investigators, jurors and disburse sanctions for students found in violation of the honor code.

Gervase Honor System-The Honor Pledge

As a Jesuit Catholic university students are expected to exhibit an honor code of academic integrity, refraining from dishonest conduct such as plagiarism, cheating and falsifying data.
