Hoya Hub Food Pantry

What is the Hoya Hub food pantry?
The Hoya Hub is a food pantry and resource for any member of the Georgetown University community experiencing food insecurity.  It is a pantry stocked with non-perishable food items, available to anyone who needs food on an immediate, emergency basis.  No Hoya should go hungry; the Hoya Hub is a place to pick up nutritious food to cover short breaks or other unplanned gaps in access to meals.

Where is the Hoya Hub located?
The Hoya Hub is located on the 4th floor of the Leavey Center, in room 418 (to the left when exiting the elevators).  The food pantry door has signage on the front and has a punch code lock.

Who can access the Hoya Hub?
Any Georgetown University community member (undergraduate or graduate student, staff or faculty member) can access the food pantry as needed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The door to the food pantry is accessible by tapping your GOCard. An optional survey used to enhance the Hoya Hub program or other resources to address food insecurity at Georgetown, unless stated otherwise, can be found here.

Who maintains the Hoya Hub?
The Hoya Hub is overseen by professional staff in the Division of Student Affairs and students from the Georgetown University Center for Social Justice Research, Teaching & Service (CSJ) operations team. The operations team students organize, stock, and maintain the Hoya Hub on a regular basis. For more information, please email hoyahub@georgetown.edu or csjadmin@georgetown.edu.

I would like to support the Hoya Hub.  How can I help?
The best way to support the Food Pantry is with financial donations that can be used to purchase groceries to stock the pantry. Make a gift to the Hoya Hub.
