Medical Leave of Absence Guides
There are three stages of the Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA): requesting the MLOA, during the MLOA, and reinstatement from the MLOA. Each of these stages may require documentation, meetings, and connecting to campus and off-campus resources. The handouts below provide a guide for each of these stages.
