Application Instructions

The application period for the 2024 Lena Landegger Community Service Awards opens at 9:00am ET on January 2, 2024.

The application deadline is 9:00am ET on February 2, 2024. No late applications can be accepted.

To apply, complete the application form. You will also be asked to upload a resume as part of the application. You can view a text-only version of the Google Form application here.
