Application Instructions

The 2026 application cycle will open on Monday, December 15, 2025. The deadline is 5:00 pm ET on Friday, January 23, 2026. No late applications can be accepted.

To apply, complete the application form. You will be asked to upload a resume as part of the application. For planning purposes, you can view a text-only version of the Qualtrics application.

The process requires that each applicant make a request to a Georgetown faculty or staff member to submit a recommendation form on their behalf. The recommendation form is also due by 5:00 pm ET on Friday, January 30, 2026. Your recommender should email the form by the deadline to landeggerserviceawards@georegetown.edu.
