Code of Student Conduct
The Code of Student Conduct guides students on policies and sanctions regarding alcohol, illegal drugs, harassment and sexual misconduct, student privacy and security as well as intellectual property rights and off-campus housing.
Computer System Acceptable Use Policy
Technology is available for educational knowledge but is to be used responsibly in regards to safety of hardware, privacy, security, legal practices such as plagiarism.
Consensual Sexual Relationships Policy
Consensual Relationships between senior & junior members are discouraged but should be reported if applicable. Advances by senior members can be viewed as assault or rape.
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
FERPA establishes universities must provide written policies and procedures regarding school education records and privacy.
Harassment Policy
Sexual harassment and discrimination is prohibited and defined by unwelcome sexual advances or favors that may effect advances in academia or employment, or creates a hostile atmosphere.
