Student and Student Organizations have the ability to request Academic and Event spaces at Capitol Campus through the processes below. Academic and Event spaces are free of charge and subject to availability. Please read below for specific information regarding the spaces on Capitol Campus.

Requesting Academic Spaces

Capitol Campus has numerous classrooms in 111 Mass Ave and 125 E ST that students can reserve either for personal need or for a Student Organization.

Please read the following guide if you are interested in reserving an academic space on Capitol Campus.

Requesting Event Spaces

Student Organizations with access to benefits have the opportunity to reserve Event Space on the Capitol Campus at no cost to their organization. Event Spaces are managed in partnership with the Capitol Campus Events Team and are typically used for large-scale events and programming. 

We ask that you do not email the Capitol Campus Events Team directly if you are considering an Event Space. The Event Space Request Guide is linked below and provides instruction on submitting a reservation request and the requirements.

Below are the available Event Spaces:

111 Mass Ave

  • LL Multipurpose Room
  • 1st Floor Lobby
  • 2nd Floor Lobby
  • 4th Floor Lounge

125 E ST

  • Capitol View Convening Event Space (9th Floor)
  • McCourt Auditorium (Lower Level)
